From the first time you reach out, a real person is glad you did, and you'll know what a visit costs before you ever confirm one. No claim to file. No surprise at the desk.

Your first visit is a full hour. We sit down and I ask what brought you in and what you're hoping for, and I listen before I do anything else. Then a careful, head-to-toe exam, not a glance. We go through the plan together, start to finish, and before you leave I'll ask if there's anything else on your mind, because there usually is, and most visits never leave room for it.

You'll get your plan in writing, your own, so the visit stays with you when you get home. When something needs following up, you'll hear from me, clearly and kindly. And when you come back, we pick up where we left off.

The visits after the first are as long as they need to be. That's what the time is for.
